Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities

* Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and light food with attention to quality, consistency, and presentation
* Managing daily coffee station operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service flow
* Supporting the preparation of all necessary mise-en-place for the coffee station and service areas
* Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, in line with hygiene standards and daily routines
* Monitoring stock levels and supporting ordering and replenishment of coffee, beverages, and supplies
* Ensuring all equipment is properly used, maintained, and cleaned
Core Competencies

* Must be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in general
* Maintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel
* Comply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
* Maximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutions
* Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuine
