In order to support our fast-growing product line, we are looking for several motivated professionals to act as: Field Service Technician, expert in Digital Printing in Greece Your mission will be the following: Provide technical support to customers (machine repair, installation, upgrade and trainings) and ensure that the most accurate technical information on the equipment status of customers is available on a real-time basis: - Ensuring customer satisfaction - Installing and commissioning of new machines at customer sites - Providing preventive and fast reactive service to customers - Customer’s remote support - Training and technical support to Customers - Mentoring & training other Field Service Technicians on technical aspects - Facilitating the development of business opportunities - Processes optimization, standardization, and continuous improvements Qualifications: - Strong mechanical, process and/or electronics background - Previous service experience in digital printing platforms (Preferable Inkjet technology) - Min 5 years experience in Field Service - Strong team player and a good communicator - Customer service oriented - Able to work under pressure - Autonomous and rigorous - Fluent in local language and English is required.
