Based in our headquarter office in Carpi, Modena (Italy) we’re looking for a Visual Merchandiser. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of the visual presentation aligned with the Brand's strategy, promoting the product, and delivering a high standard of display for dedicated stores. He/she will provide excellent creative support to ensure the Brand's high quality and proper execution. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop the visual merchandising plan for the different store clusters in accordance with the Brand guidelines and collection focuses. - Manage the visual presentation of the Brand's merchandise by delivering exceptional standards both for indoor set up, windows and styling. - Active support in VM set-up of stores to grant consistent standards across all store locations. - Showroom display planning and setting-up. - Support in the planning and execution of the visual merchandising activities for new store openings. - Monitoring of key KPI's related to marketing and visual merchandising activities. - Planning and management of in-store marketing campaign execution (Sales, Black Friday, Midseason Sale etc.) - Development and management of POPs always looking for innovative solutions - Daily contact with stores to support many activities such as: checking fittings, window feedback, checking and monitoring merchandise arrivals etc. - Assist Store Managers in training the store team on visual execution and display standards. - Assist in organising marketing events at the specified location. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and competitors' visual merchandising techniques to ensure our displays are up to date and competitive. QUALIFICATIONS - Degree in Marketing or related discipline. - At least 4 / 5 years of experience with visual merchandising in a retail company. - Fluent in English (written and spoken). - Advanced Office Knowledge, in particular Excel and Power Point. - Knowledge of graphic tools is considered as a plus. - Good presentation skills. - Knowledge of social network. - Retail KPI’s knowledge. - Available for frequent business travel. - Teamworking. - Proactivity, ability to manage priorities and work under pressure. - Strong creativity and aesthetic sense - Positive attitude and high energy.
