Ph3Overview /h3 pbDesignation : /b Trade Marketing Manager /p pbLocation : /b Marcianise(CE) or Milan /p pbAbout the Role /b /p pWe are looking for a highly motivated and analytical Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and playing a key role in defining and executing trade marketing strategies across key markets (Italy, Romania, Hungary). This role will work in close collaboration with Sales team, Marketing, Supply Chain and Leadership team to ensure profitable growth, design and implementation of commercial strategy and effective investment allocation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pbBudget Performance Management : /b /p ul liDefine budgets in collaboration with the Sales team, including volume targets, promotional plans, and trade investment allocations. /li liOversee continuous PL management and monitoring within company guidelines. /li liConduct monthly Performance Analysis vs. Budget and Previous Year results. /li liProvide regular performance updates and presentations to the Group Board. /li /ul pbMarket Performance Analysis : /b /p ul liContinuously monitor market dynamics to identify opportunities, risks, and emerging trends. /li liAnalyze sell-out performance (e.g. Nielsen) and track sell-in vs. sell-out results. /li liEvaluate ROI of activities and initiatives to ensure profitability. /li liPartner with the Sales and Supply Chain teams for monthly performance reviews. /li /ul pbCommercial Strategy Trade Marketing Execution : /b /p ul liDefine and implement Trade Marketing plans for both B2C and B2B channels (assortment, promotions, distribution). /li liDevelop and roll out in-store strategies (POP materials at both international and local level). /li liManage the company’s presence at events and exhibitions, from strategy to organizational aspects. /li liBuild and execute Joint Business Plans with key customers focusing on distribution, trade tools, and retail media opportunities. /li liConduct regular market visits and store checks. /li /ul pbCollaboration and Leadership : /b /p ul liAct as a strategic partner to the Leadership team ensuring alignment with profitability objectives. /li liMaintain daily interaction with Sales team and main distributors for performance tracking, pricing and competition in monitoring. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liAt least 10 years of proven experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or Commercial Strategy roles within FMCG industries (within both OOH and retail channel preferred) /li liStrong financial acumen and solid experience with PL management. /li liAnalytical mindset with hands-on experience in market data analysis (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, GfK). /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in reporting to senior stakeholders. /li liAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt strategies to fast-changing market dynamics. /li liFluency in English /li liWillingness to travel across key markets (Italy, Romania, Hungary). /li /ul pbWhat We Offer /b /p ul liAn international and dynamic working environment. /li liDirect impact on the commercial strategy and business performance of key markets. /li liGrowth opportunities within a fast-evolving organization /li liOnly applications meeting above requirements will be considered /li /ul pbABOUT US /b /p pLeader in the production of vegetable spraying, cooking and whipping creams, IFFCO Italia combines the strength of an international group with the quality of an Italian production. /p pIFFCO Italia is specialized in the production of vegetable whipping, spraying, and cooking creams intended both for professional usage (chefs, pastry chefs, etc.) and for domestic consumption. /p pIn 2015 the multinational group IFFCO, leader in food industry, acquires the industrial complex of the historical company CODAP, thus becoming the owner of its prestigious brands in the cream sector, such as Spray Pan, Gran Cucina, and Hulalà. /p pIFFCO group, based in the United Arab Emirates, is one of the world’s leading company in the food industry, present in 26 market categories, with 62 operating locations around the world, and with an annual production of over 5 million tons of food products. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
