Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Account Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for working with distribution partners and customers to achieve sales growth and increase account penetration.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in semiconductor sales, with a proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts.
The Account Manager will also be responsible for promoting MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers, researching and developing new customers and business segments, and developing account strategies.
This role requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with fluency in English and Italian. The successful candidate will be available for customer visits and occasional travel within the Europe region.
