What will you do?
1. Publisher Acquisition: Identify, contact, and negotiate with potential publishers to secure new partnership deals for MyChips Offerwall.
2. Account Management: Manage and grow existing publisher accounts by identifying and executing upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies with our Marketing team to expand our publisher network and enhance our market presence.
What will you need?
* 2+ years of experience in Business Development, specifically in establishing and managing publisher partnerships within offerwall rewarded industry.
* Fluency in English and Chinese.
* Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a track record of successfully securing and managing publisher partnerships.
* Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Ops teams.
* Ability to create and analyze forecasts, and to craft winning strategies that lead to successful campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills, including extensive hands-on experience in Excel.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform decisions.
* Fast learner, reliable, with a can-do attitude.
We offer a permanent contract. Salary will depend on actual experience and skills.
