Experteer Overview
In this role, you will support the Global Key Account team with accurate planning, monitoring, and analysis of commercial performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure data quality and actionable insights. Your work will drive sell-out analysis, forecasting, and channel sales planning, contributing to the growth of the GKA channel. This position offers a hands‑on, data‑driven environment with impact on strategic commercial decisions.

* Data management: assist in masterdata cleaning and improving data collection, storage, and analysis systems
* Reporting and analysis: support daily/weekly reports and conduct basic data analysis to identify trends
* Sell‑out analysis: consolidate and analyze monthly sell‑out data from Key Partners and extract key takeaways
* Collaboration: gather data requirements across departments to ensure data accuracy
* Communication: create reports, dashboards, and presentations; communicate targets/results to Key Account Managers as needed
* Sales planning: align with commercial and supply functions to define channel‑specific sales planning and KPI‑based rates
* Support: assist with weekly/monthly forecasts, organize sales meetings, and maintain databases
* Scope of work: contribute to development of the GKA channel and support Commercial & Operations requirements
Responsabilità
* At least two years of experience in a similar role
* Bachelor's degree required; data analytics/statistics courses preferable
* Analytical thinking, solution orientation and implementation strength
* Knowledge of data science analysis applications (e.g., R, Python), with BEx Analyzer as a plus
* Experience in data modelling and data visualization
* SAP knowledge is a plus
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Project management and agile framework familiarity
* Effective communication skills
* Proactive attitude, pragmatic approach
