What you will doReporting into the Wine & Beverage Director, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests. The Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick and efficient beverage service with a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar, competent in ice carving.
Responsibilities
Describe the selection of food and beverage menu items to our guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste and preparation methods.
Communicate guest orders including any special needs to the kitchen, coordinate food timings, anticipate guest needs, ascertaining satisfaction and offering suggestions.
Close guest checks, be highly visible in the operation, and take care of special requests with dedication to providing an attentive and distinctive experience for our guests.
What you bring
Food service experience in luxury hotels and/or stand‐alone restaurants/bar or restaurant/bar groups, preferably in the same position and international experience would be an asset.
Attention to detail, strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi‐task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our guest experiences.
Deep knowledge of cocktail preparation and delight in the magic of curating special experiences and memories for our guests.

Schedule & HoursThis position is based at the Four Seasons Milan and we will offer a fixed term contract. This job includes flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy and have fluency in English and Italian.
