Ph3Sales Manager Automation /h3 pAs our Sales Manager, you’ll drive the growth of our intralogistics automation business across EMEA, leveraging your well‑established network of clients and consultants. You’ll be the primary contact for key clients and spearhead the acquisition of new automation and intralogistics projects, directly contributing to our company’s success. /p h3Tasks /h3 ul liDrive sales growth in the region by proactively acquiring new customers /li liDevelop strong relationships in the intralogistics automation market with customers, consultants and institutions /li liDepth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments /li liAnalyze customer needs and create the right intralogistics automation solutions tailored to the customer needs /li liConsult the customers with the optimal solution based on factors such as throughput, space, and budget /li liLead the full project sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature, employing an added‑value approach to build customer trust and secure project wins /li liCoordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, service) and external partners to ensure optimal solution delivery and seamless project execution /li liRegularly report on sales activities and pipeline, and actively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure achievement of order intake targets /li liStay informed about industry trends, monitor customer satisfaction, and actively participate in relevant industry events to network and promote our solutions /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCompleted studies in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering (with a technical focus), or a comparable qualification (or technical training with business administration certification) /li liProven track record of success in sales, business development, or solution selling, preferably in the intralogistics automation industry /li liStrong network of contacts in the intralogistics automation market, including customers, consultants, and institutions /li liIn‑depth understanding of automated intralogistics solutions for pallets and bins, including AS/RS systems, AGVs/AMRs, shuttle solutions, conveyor technologies, picking systems, and their appropriate applications in different industries and warehouse environments /li liExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess customer needs and recommend optimal solutions /li liStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of our solutions to customers /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time‑management skills /li liProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite /li liWillingness to travel within the region /li liFluency in English, German is a plus /li /ul h3Our Offer /h3 pAs an employer, in addition to excellent social benefits and attractive salary structures, we offer you a position with great scope for developing your own ideas, a challenging, interdisciplinary area of responsibility and comprehensive support within the framework of an international, collegial team. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
