The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for managing and developing customer relationships in Italy, with a focus on Tenways E-Bike Europe's partner stores.Main Responsibilities1. Customer Account Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with the company's business partners.Understand customer needs and anticipate requests to provide quality service.Open a targeted number of new accounts yearly.Participate in trade shows in Italy region.2. Sales and Negotiation:Identify sales opportunities and negotiate advantageous agreements with customers.Achieve or exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.3. Training and Technical Support:Provide technical assistance to customers to ensure a thorough understanding of the company's e-bike products.Conduct training sessions for customers on product features and benefits.4. Account Management and Reporting:Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records.Prepare regular reports on performance, market trends, and opportunities.Keep managers informed of market developments.5. Competitive Intelligence:Actively monitor developments in the e-bike market, including competitive activity and emerging trends.Requirementsl Prior experience in account management or sales in the e-bike industry or similar fields.l Excellent communication and negotiation skills.l Ability to travel regularly within Italy to meet with customers and open new accounts, 4 days a week.l Ability to work some weekends at trade shows or Dealer Eventsl In-depth knowledge of e-bike products and the Italy market is an asset.l Spoken languages: English & ItalianEssential Skillsl Customer-orientedl Ability to work independentlyl Excellent interpersonal skillsl Initiativel Can work with CRM and communication platforms
