PpbRequisition Number: /b /p pInsight has an amazing opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our successful team based in Milan. /p pThe Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying prospective opportunities, developing client relationships, implementing Insight’s marketing plan, protecting profitability, and fostering the growth of the Sales Marketing team. They support the Vendor Alliance Manager in the generation and management of a sustainable pipeline that reflects the current and anticipated business strategy and regional business plan by interpreting sales data and following through with client engagement, key account management, and engagement with key stakeholders and vendor organisations. /p h3Key duties and responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport in managing strategic business relationships across vendor accounts and encourage cross‑collaboration of key stakeholders to ensure alignment with vendor growth objectives. /li liSupport the execution of the business plan against defined milestones and metrics; drive the landing by engaging with the local Sales team to secure readiness, go‑to‑market offerings, on‑time launch of campaigns, and sales execution. /li liSupport the monthly and quarterly performance assessment within Insight and with the vendor, and lead the necessary corrective actions. /li liSupport achievement against revenue and profit‑based targets, build and maintain accurate weekly reporting of the pipeline, forecast, and activities to deliver against future revenue and GP targets. /li liSupport Sales to grow opportunities with a view to maximising revenue and margin potential. /li liCommunicate new product developments to prospective clients and follow up on business opportunities. /li liDevelop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction, in conjunction with the Vendor Alliance Manager. /li liConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs, arrange business meetings with prospective clients, and promote products and/or services addressing or predicting client objectives. /li liProvide trustworthy feedback and after‑sales support, and build long‑term relationships with clients. /li liPrepare programmes of external communication, customer engagement, and brand promotion that will contribute to the achievement of Insight’s objectives. /li /ul h3Skills/Experience required /h3 ul liProven working experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar relevant role in technology (software and services). /li liIn‑depth knowledge of the vendor’s product strategy and product offerings. /li liProven stakeholder management and engagement skills combined with good business acumen and experience. /li liStrong team player as well as a proactive individual contributor. /li liExperience in building commercial relationships to help deliver improved service and innovation to the customer. /li liAbility to provide client‑facing presentations and delivery of client documentation to a high standard. /li liAbility to seek and develop new relationships to achieve strategic business objectives. /li /ul pInsight is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected by law. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
