Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with local and international Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to promote Hanwha brand and increase sales of security products.
* Achieve sales objectives through market analysis, influencing decision makers, and driving sales growth.
* Engage in strategic planning for short and medium-term sales, collaborating with Product Management to position products effectively.
* Manage and develop a network of partners (integrators and installers) under the Hanwha channel partner program.
* Support Strategic Sales Managers in identifying opportunities within designated vertical markets.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Engaging with end users, consultants, and specifiers.
* Liaising with senior system integrators.
* Updating customers with product information.
* Growing project pipeline and revenue from existing clients.
* Creating new customer pipelines.
* Reporting weekly on sales and project progress.
* Analyzing existing customer data.
* Market segmentation, positioning, and targeting.
* Contributing ideas for marketing and product launches.
* Focusing on product/channel/customer margins.
* Forecast accuracy and achievement of budgets and targets.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in business development or sales in a demanding environment.
* Extensive experience with CCTV and related technologies, or similar market segments.
* Ability to understand customer needs and create professional proposals.
* Knowledge of the electronic security market, main channels, and potential customers.
* Experience with CCTV manufacturing is beneficial.
* Understanding of network video systems and topology.
* Business or technical degree is advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Strong relationship-building skills.
* Independent thinking and good judgment.
* Motivational skills to lead teams towards targets.
* Team player with organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proactive problem-solving approach.
* Self-motivated with initiative.
* Strong communication skills, capable of presenting to executive levels.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English and at least one European language.
* Clean driving license.
Location:
This is a field-based role; the candidate should ideally reside in the Milan area or South Italy. Extensive travel within Italy and occasionally outside may be required.
