Ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are looking for a Global Process Owner to drive standardization across the Wabtec network. As a member of our Industry 4.0 (Digital Transformation) team, you will standardize Order-to-Cash and related supply chain functions within ERP and other pillar applications. You will work closely with IT, Integration and Supply Chain teams to implement blueprint global processes within our global manufacturing facilities. /p h3How will you make a difference? /h3 pThe ERP Senior Project Leader is accountable for definition, validation and adherence of critical Wabtec global functional processes within IT programs or business process changes. Primary activities will involve conversion of legacy ERP systems to an Oracle platform. This leader will work cross-functionally to ensure adherence to the ERP Blueprint processes—ensuring global standardization with flexibility for continuous improvement within Supply Chain Operations processes. /p h3What will your typical day look like? /h3 ul liParticipate in the implementation, configuration and aftercare of Oracle ERP deployments using the Wabtec ERP Blueprint within the Supply Chain Operations functional discipline. Scope of ERP responsibility currently includes, but not limited to: Inventory, WMS, Stacker/Modula, Drop Ship, Pick/Pack/Ship, Export Workbench, Receive Put Away, Returns, VMI. /li liCommunicate the Wabtec ERP Blueprint standards and assess current state processes for new Oracle deployments or enhancement requests. /li liDefine and document Operations functional requirements from current legacy systems to the standard ERP environment. /li liPrioritize and validate ERP Blueprint deviation requests based upon business impact and retention of a global process. /li liValidate all project functions within scope of responsibility – unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and data validation. /li liDevelop and maintain ERP-related standard operating procedures, user guides, and training materials within given functional area. /li liSupport ERP program implementation – training, communication go‑live activities. /li liProvide technical support and troubleshooting for ERP-related issues reported by end‑users. /li liDevelop and standardize processes across business entities. Continually improve and streamline systemic and transactional processes. /li liAdapt processes and/or system setup to accommodate changing business conditions and new business entities. /li liHighlight additional opportunities to standardize. /li liFacilitate sharing of lessons learned across business units. /li liEffectively communicate the strategy and tactics of the programs. /li liLead process development workouts. /li liAbility to travel 30% both international and domestic. /li /ul h3What do we want to know about you? /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university (or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a Supply Chain or IT environment). /li liMinimum of 10 years of Supply Chain / Operations experience. /li liMinimum of 5 years of Oracle ERP experience. /li liProven functional depth within discipline. /li liDemonstrated Project / Program Management ability. /li liExcellent organizational integration and influencing skills. /li liStrong interpersonal and leadership skills. /li liExecutive level presentation skills. /li liProven track record for meeting customer / business needs. /li liClear thinking and strong prioritization skills. /li liSix Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity and Hiring Information /h3 pWe welcome talent of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities, including race, gender, age, disability, veteran status and more. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. More information on offered benefits—including health, welfare, and retirement—are available at mywabtecbenefits.com.
