PThe Sales Specialist at FPT Industrial is responsible for developing and managing the customer portfolio for the sale of industrial, marine, on‑road, and off‑road engines. This role serves as the commercial point of reference for customers, supporting them in selecting the most suitable engine solutions for their applications and contributing to the achievement of regional sales targets. /pbrpstrongKey Responsibilities /strong /pulliManage and grow the customer portfolio (OEMs, dealers, fleet customers, system integrators). /liliAnalyze customer technical needs and propose appropriate FPT Industrial engine solutions. /liliPrepare commercial offers, technical quotations, and supply contracts. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (Engineering, After Sales, Platform, Marketing) to provide end‑to‑end customer support. /liliMonitor market trends and identify new business opportunities across industrial, power generation, agriculture, construction, and on‑road segments. /liliSupport negotiations and deal closures in line with company strategy. /liliParticipate in trade fairs, customer events, and technical presentations to promote FPT Industrial products. /liliPrepare sales forecasts, reporting, and performance analyses for management. /liliEnsure high customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle. /li /ulbrpstrongRequired Skills /strong /ppstrongTechnical Skills /strong /pulliKnowledge of diesel, gas, and industrial powertrain systems. /liliBasic understanding of mechanical engineering, thermodynamics, or similar technical domains. /liliAbility to understand engine integration processes within customer applications. /liliAbility to read technical documentation, engine curves, and product specifications. /li /ulpstrongCommercial Skills /strong /pulliStrong customer orientation and relationship‑building mindset. /liliNegotiation skills and the ability to manage complex deals. /liliBusiness development mindset and goal‑oriented approach. /li /ulpstrongSoft Skills /strong /pulliExcellent communication and presentation abilities. /liliStrong organization, autonomy, and problem‑solving skills. /liliWillingness to travel domestically and internationally. /liliFluent English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulbrpstrongRequirements /strong /pulliTechnical degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical background. /liliExperience in engines, automotive, powertrain, or industrial machinery sectors (1–5+ years depending on seniority required). /liliKnowledge of OEM markets and engine‑powered applications. /liliDriving license (Category B). /li /ul
