The Global Web Site Product Manager will empower a global CNH Industrial team to develop robust, user-centered capabilities that serve our customers, primarily utilizing the Sitecore platform. This role involves leading strategic improvements and enhancements for our global websites, providing insights, feedback, and strategic recommendations on development, performance, quality, and capabilities.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Establish and drive product release plans aligned with customer experience needs and business priorities. Define outcomes, OKRs, product vision, and roadmap. Maintain the product canvas.
* Define and prioritize the product backlog to deliver a valuable product.
* Maintain deep knowledge of web development products and services, including Sitecore. Serve as the content authority for the assigned product.
* Build and sustain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, including managing customer journey maps, digital web assets, taxonomy, and design.
* Research and pursue new business opportunities.
* Identify customer needs and collaborate with engineers, architects, UX/UI designers to propose suitable solutions.
* Provide comprehensive product/service consultations to customers, guiding their decision-making, and utilizing analytics to assess costs, risks, and benefits.
* Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and promptly.
* Ensure customer satisfaction.
* Act as a functional expert and advocate for business and end users.
* Own and drive business value, certifying the end product.
* Manage product management team members with a servant leadership style. The team may include CNHi employees or contractors.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/Bachelor's degree in business, IT, finance, accounting, economics, or business administration. Degrees in management, marketing, communication, or similar fields are also acceptable.
Certifications : (Highly desirable but not mandatory)
* Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP)
* Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM)
* Masters in Business Relationship Management (MBRM)
* Product Manager/Product Owner (POPM) - Scaled Agile Framework
12+ years of proven experience with business products.
Strong experience and knowledge of business domains or previous roles as product owner, account manager, service manager, or IT business partner within relevant industries or segments. Experience as a relationship manager or in customer service is a plus.
Well-versed in the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies, including Agile. Prior experience working with functional IT teams.
Ability to build and maintain strong client and business relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Leadership and team management capabilities.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Functional knowledge of the relevant business segment.
