Retail Search is looking for a talented, motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager who is ready to make an impact and grow within an international and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will oversee sales activities across UK, DACH and Benelux, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. The role focuses on developing and managing the wholesale business, primarily within womenswear, while also supporting other categories, driving growth strategies and enhancing brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business opportunities by opening new accounts and strengthening relationships with existing clients across the assigned regions
* Drive sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded by identifying and maximizing growth opportunities
* Define and manage commercial plans for key accounts, leading negotiations and ensuring profitability
* Handle customer enquiries, providing timely and effective support
* Manage seasonal and annual budget planning for each account
* Plan and coordinate customer appointments during market weeks and buying campaigns
* Oversee sales campaigns to ensure alignment with targets and brand strategy
* Conduct regular market visits to identify opportunities and monitor competitors
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale account management or as a buyer within a multi-brand environment
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Strong commercial mindset and understanding of retail dynamics
* Solid knowledge of market trends and competitive landscape
* Passion for fashion and retail, with an international outlook
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams
* Availability for frequent international travel
