Who are you?
* At least 4+ years of experience as a head chef in hotels or restaurants
* Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
* Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
* Outstanding communication and leadership skills
* Prior experience in fast paced environment
* Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
* Good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
* Credentials in health and safety training (HACCP)
* Degree in Culinary science or related certificate
What will you do?
* Responsible for the day to day operations in the kitchen
* Hiring and training of new employees
* Purchasing and organizing different events/locations
* Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes to fascinate guests
* Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety
* Prepare dishes based on the menu of the restaurant
* Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified needs
* Apply the HACCP rules at all times in the kitchen
* Proficiency in English and Italian is a must
