The Role:
For a leading multinational company in the manufacturing industry, we are seeking a Field Sales Engineer to join the MEA Sales Team. The team manages a network of distributors selling the company’s core products within the assigned region. The selected candidate will work closely with the Area Sales Manager to maximize order volumes and significantly contribute to overall team revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
* Promote the full range of company products and provide tailored solutions to distributors in the assigned region.
* Expand the customer base where possible, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
* Ensure smooth and effective communication with the Customer Service Department, to guarantee accurate order processing, and the Area Sales Manager, to regularly update him on sales activities.
* Maintain ongoing collaboration and alignment with internal offices related to sales and customer activities.
Mandatory Requirements:
* 5 to 7 years of experience in a sales-related role.
* Proven track record in managing sales within the MEA region.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or mechanical engineering.
* Previous experience in working with distributors.
* Knowledge of Arabic or French is considered a strong plus.
