Main activities
1. Development of sales strategies : Develop effective sales strategies to increase sales of organic wine on different channels, also selling in person
2. Sales team management : Supervise a team of sellers (agents) motivating them, supporting them in achieving sales objectives.
3. Market Analysis : Monitor the organic and biodynamic wine market, identifying trends, consumer interests and growth opportunities.
4. Development of distribution channels : Identify and develop new distribution channels for organic wine, such as restaurants, wine shops, supermarkets and specialty shops, distributors
5. Customer Relationship Management : Builds and maintains strong relationships with existing customers, managing their needs and continually seeking to improve customer satisfaction.
6. Participation in events and trade fairs : Attend industry events and wine fairs to promote the product, establish business contacts and strengthen the brand.
7. Product Training : Provides product training to sales staff and customers, educating them on the characteristics of organic wine, its benefits and sustainable production practices.
8. Planning and Budgeting : Assists in the planning of sales activities and the allocation of financial resources, ensuring that resources are used efficiently to maximize sales and profit.
9. Performance Evaluation : Monitor and evaluate the sales team's performance, analyzing sales metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
Fundamentals/Must haves
10. Sales experience, passion for wine and above all for organic and/or biodynamic products,
11. Market knowledge;
12. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
13. Autonomy
14. Results orientation;
15. Advanced level knowledge of the English language

16. Preferable, not essential domicile or residence nearby (Romagna)
