We're looking for a person in Office management area with pro-active personality. The main activities will be the following:Reception activities:- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries- Maintain office security by safety procedures and controlling accessOffice management activities:- Support in the coordination of safety, health and environmental activities to ensure compliance according D. Lgs. 81/08 and 14001 rules;- Support Office management Manager in risk assessment activities, internal and external audit, compliance and verification of the company's safety objectives;- Support to prepare presentation, carry out reports, organization of training courses;- Support in the management of issues relating to the GDPR (data protection);- Support in facility management (checks/inspections on the condition of the building;- Support to monitor works, supplies and services of external vendors; material procurement.Requirements:- Proficient in written and spoken English- Good organizational skills- Pro-activity e problem solving mind-set- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks- Customer service attitudeJob Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 30 per weekSalary: €1,000.00 per monthLanguage:- english (required)
