Ph3The Opportunity /h3 pFor our Business Unit Service in Monselice we are looking for a Service Sales Specialist. /p h3How You'll Make An Impact /h3 ul liSupporting the Sales team and customers throughout the sales process, while developing new and existing business by increasing internal and external knowledge of products and markets. /li liParticipating in sales strategy discussions, assigning short- and long-term goals and negotiating the various Product Group sales budgets and marketing plans. /li liIdentifying customer needs and competitor offers through market analysis, ensuring efficient marketing actions and communications demonstrate the value proposition of the products, systems, service and packages. /li liSupporting the area Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions and providing technical support, product presentations and product/solution/service-related training. /li liTaking ownership of specific customer cases to ensure efficient customer issue resolution and analyzing the root cause of any lost proposals, to increase future competitiveness. /li liPerforming sales performance reviews, proposing recovery plans in cases of potential order shortfalls and providing regular sales activity reports to assist in production planning. /li liPreparing offers in coordination with the quotation department. /li liReporting in necessary tools like SFDC. /li liLiving core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business. /li /ul h3Your Background /h3 ul liTechnical background (Engineering degree is preferred) /li liMore than 3 years of experience in direct sales and sales management. /li liPrevious experience working with electric substation equipment; client-facing experience presenting transformer solutions is considered a plus. /li liFluent Italian and English. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 pWide range of benefits: health insurance, pension fund, welfare, flexible working type, flexible working hours. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
