We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Reggio Emilia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight forwarding, with a proven ability to identify and acquire new opportunities: a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of gaining and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Identify and acquire new high potential prospects, in line with the company's commercial strategy. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers Develop and execute a structured sales plan to achieve growth targets. Manage the sales process end-to-end, from lead generation to contract closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business partnerships. Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure excellent service delivery. Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the freight forwarding sector. Proven track record in acquiring and developing new business. Strong knowledge of international transport operations. Fluent in English (both spoken and written) Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated, with a strong commercial mindset. xdwybme Based in or willing to relocate to Reggio Emilia.
