We offer interesting and challenging tasks, a positive working environment in international teams, and opportunities for personal development and growth in a global company. /p h3Responsibilities / Tasks /h3 pWe are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer working within the Sales area, across one or more Sales Area Managers, Front Line Sales staff of the GEA RC organizations worldwide and Application Managers in all sales activities. /p h3How you'll make an impact /h3 ul libSales support proposals /b: Collaborate with Sales Area Managers and Front Line staff to prepare customer‑specific offers, coordinate across departments for timely and accurate creation, and track proposal progress in CRM and Sales tools. /li libContract legal management /b: Support tender procedures (BID), evaluate and prepare NDAs, customer contracts, and Master Agreements for the Legal Department, and draft contracts aligned with GEA templates. /li libCustomer correspondence management /b: Handle customer relationships and correspondence before, during, and after order acquisition; coordinate communication across departments; manage post‑contract follow‑up with Project Management; ensure proper digital filing and documentation. /li libContent documentation /b: Prepare and manage internal process documentation (sales orders, advance payment verification), translate sales documents and technical reports, and record relevant data in company systems. /li libEvents visits /b: Support organization of customer visits and events /li libOperational analytical tasks /b: Process sales orders in ERP, ensure tracking and filing, proactively contribute to inside sales activities, manage focus country operations, and perform KPI analysis. /li /ul h3Your Profile / Qualifications /h3 h3What sets you up for success /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in business/linguistic disciplines /li liExcellent knowledge of English and French languages /li liStrong experience in the role in engineering companies with technical background /li liExcellent knowledge of Office Package and Outlook, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, experience with CRM and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,) /li liFlexible, dynamic and with a good attitude to problem solving /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team /li liDiscipline in following processes and assigned standards /li /ul h3Bonus points if you have... /h3 ul liSAP platform knowledge /li liSpanish language knowledge /li /ul pGEA is proudly certified as a Top Employer, confirming our commitment to employee well-being, development, and empowerment.
