Role Overview: We are seeking a Corporate Copywriter to join our Group Corporate Communication Team in Milan. This role involves shaping Bolton's communication of its identity, values, mission, and vision through compelling storytelling that enhances brand reputation, employee engagement, and business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and deliver strategic corporate content: Create clear, compelling content across formats like speeches, press releases, internal communications, thought leadership articles, and social media posts.
2. Translate complex topics into engaging narratives: Simplify technical, strategic, or sustainability-related information for diverse audiences.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with experts, leaders, and departments to gather insights and ensure consistency in messaging.
4. Ensure editorial excellence and brand consistency: Maintain high standards in writing, editing, and proofreading, adhering to brand guidelines.
5. Contribute to innovative communication strategies: Support evolution of communication, especially around sustainability/ESG narratives and digital storytelling.
Ideal Candidate:
* Fluent in Italian and English; a third language is a plus
* 4–5 years of copywriting experience, preferably in corporate or agency settings
* Excellent writing, editing, proofreading skills
* Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking abilities
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
* Interest in sustainability, innovation, and corporate culture
* Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or related fields
