Job OverviewAlstom is a global leader in mobility solutions, developing high‐speed trains, metros, trams, and digital mobility solutions. This role is based at the Savigliano site in Italy.Purpose of the JobAct as the main point of entry of the Platform in Region, coordinate the product‐focused team, and ensure alignment between Platform and regional needs.Key Accountabilities
Steer development and product convergence during bid and project phases.Provide inputs to R&D and sustaining plans.Act as the voice of the Region(s) to share needs with the Platform.Represent the Platform in the TDS to ensure adherence to Platform orientation.Under guidance of the Product Family Director, review product solutions in the pre‐tender phase, support regions during BOR and Win‐No Go preparation.Define reference solutions based on market trends and development initiatives.Challenge and validate product solution changes to meet QCD targets during reviews.Drive standardisation and product convergence activities across families.Support architecture proposals and provide detailed analysis upon request.Implement objective reuse evaluation for each tender and structured follow‐up during projects.Pre‐validate QCD for the Products Director and ensure robustness of QCD.Establish governance to enforce product reference configuration, participate in Project Reviews (CPR, MPR) and manage deviations.Ensure robustness of the product project validation plan and associated results.Adhere to DFQ principles on projects and participate in Train GR.Consolidate REX from projects (Reliability, Safety, Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing).Coordinate local sustaining activities and configuration updates.
