Responsibilities:
* Be part of an operational contact structure for managing clients in case of difficulties, such as vehicle breakdowns.
* Oversee the digital support process, intervening where necessary.
* Ensures the success of support via chat or voice channels and/or by connecting directly with our network of suppliers.
Requirements:
* Total availability for shifts 24h 7/7
* Based in Italy
* C1/C2 in French ( both written and spoken)
* B1/B2 in English
* Previous experience in operations and/or customer service will be a plus
* Team spirit !
* Previous experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot or similar)
Extra information:
* Part time / Full time
* The role is fixed-term for 6 months with possibilty to confirm in the role
* This role is shift-based and requires occasional night and weekend shifts
