About the Role:We are looking for a Digital Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and delivery of cloud and smartphone applications for next-generation performance vehicles and mobility systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical teams and user needs, translating business requirements into clear product specifications that drive innovation, connectivity, and seamless user experiences.You will work cross-functionally with software engineers, UX designers, system architects, and stakeholders across the organization to shape digital services that enhance vehicle connectivity and after-market connectivity applications. Key Responsibilities:
Define product specifications and functional requirements for cloud-based and mobile applications;
Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company targets and customer needs;
Estimate product budgets and verify targets cost are met along project development;
Communicate effectively product vision and report product roadmap progress and budget KPIs to the relevant stakeholders;
Lead and manage cross-functional team in meeting their targets and prioritize the daily activities;
Manage project risks and escalation process defining mitigation actions and remedies;
Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and technology advancements to drive continuous product improvement;
Test the product in development in first person as well as competitor solution on the market;
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field;
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably the automotive or IoT sector;
Proven experience defining specifications and functional requirements for cloud-based (AWS, Azure) and mobile applications (iOS/Android);
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to balance technical detail with business context;
Experience working with cross-functional teams (UXUI, App Development, Cloud Development, Hardware Development);
Experience managing cost targets and post-sales support processes is a strong plus;
Fluent in English;

Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations in connected services;
Previous exposure to automotive standards and protocols (CAN, ISO 26262, A-SPICE);
