RESPONSABILITIES: Receive and Distribute Customer Orders: Responsible for handling incoming customer orders. Distributes orders to relevant teams or individuals. Order Entry and Fulfillment Communication: Communicates any issues related to order entry and fulfillment with Sales and Customer Experience members as needed. Data Integrity and Record Accuracy: Ensures data integrity during the order entry process. Maintains accurate records. Order Management and Customer Billing: Manages orders from entry to delivery. Resolves complex customer billing issues to enhance the customer experience. REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 2 year of experience in a customer service role • Proven track record driving process improvement initiatives Language Skills • Proficiency in Italian (Minimum B2) and English (B2) General Skills/Competencies/Specialized Knowledge • Experience working with ERP systems: Oracle, Agile and Salesforce preferred • Excellent mandatory written communication in English + one other European language • Excellent problem-solving skills and mathematical reasoning • Accurate and timely execution • Ability to multi-task, embrace change and innovate in a fast-paced environment
