Essential Duties & Responsibilities
* Create an inclusive working environment with a client‑centric mindset
* Lead and inspire the team to deliver sales and profitability
* Develop your team product knowledge and selling culture drives a high‑performance culture
* Business Client Development
* Maximise the potential of all product categories through brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
* Become the voice of the store by understanding the local market and competitor activity
* Building and fostering strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
* Operations
* Manage the store staffing hours, review effectiveness, make considered and measured recommendations to the regional management team that will optimise store coverage, productivity and profitability
* Recruit, train and onboard a winning team
* Analyse data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with senior management.
* Developing strategies to maximise sales opportunities whilst controlling cost and shrinkage through effective decision making
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
