Main responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy across the pre opening, launch and growth phases.
* Plan, coordinate and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, website and paid media.
* Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality visual and written content, ensuring consistency with the brand identity, tone of voice and positioning.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity and member insights to continuously refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
* Manage, track and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost eAiciency and measurable return on investment.
* Coordinate member communications throughout the entire membership lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and loyalty.
* Collaborate closely with Operations and Events teams to promote the club's programming, experiences and key initiatives.
* Leverage data, analytics and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and improve campaign eAectiveness.
* Lead public relations initiatives, media relations and influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of marketing experience within hospitality, luxury lifestyle, F&B or members clubs.
* Proven success in launching new venues or membership programs.
* Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
* Excellent communication skills with strong aesthetic sensibility.
* Experience managing agencies, freelancers and cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency in content strategy, paid media and digital tools.
* Passion for hospitality, culture and wellness, with a community-building mindset.
