Who We Are Looking For Tomorrow Group is looking for an enthusiastic applicant with proven experience in Wholesale & Showroom Sales to support the commercial team between 19th January and 19th March 2026.
As Sales Executive you will support Tomorrow to achieve global sales targets, build and nurture client relationships, and ensure optimisation of the business in-season. You will be well connected, have in-depth knowledge of the contemporary market and understand the importance of brand positioning. You will have experience in womenswear and menswear, as well as a strong understanding of international markets and key players.
What your day to day will look like
Strategic management and development of the client portfolio, with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities for the brands represented
Coordination and supervision of sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial guidelines and business objectives
Daily update of shared commercial repositories with relevant sales and market data
Continuous update of the company CRM with accounts, performance data, pipeline and deal status
Delivery of an excellent pre- and post-sales customer experience, ensuring premium service standards
Market analysis and business development to identify new prospects and growth opportunities
Active collaboration with the Sales Team to strengthen client relationships and achieve assigned targets
Ongoing client relationship management, including outside of showroom periods, to ensure continuity and market presence
Support to the Customer Service Team in order management and client satisfaction activities
Work closely with the Senior Sales Manager on Brand Management
Handle Showroom Appointments and Walk-Ins alongside Brand Teams and Area Managers
Produce daily sales reports to monitor and feedback brand performance
Utilise the Order Taking System (JOOR)
Requirements
2 years of Fashion Wholesale and / or Buying experience. Knowledge of the denim segment is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of Retail Business & Markets
Solid Reporting & Analytical Skills
Excellent organisational skills and keen eyes for detail
Ability to deal with ambiguity, work under pressure, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must speak Italian and English (Minimum level B2), any other language is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Must have the legal right and eligibility to work in Italy
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
