Develop new and innovative ideas that enhance the customer’s experience. /liliManage and maintain individual pipeline. /liliSupport with complex Request for Quotations (RFQs) and price negotiations. /liliResolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers. /liliEstablish and manage relationships with customer subject matter experts, appropriate customer management, product managers, Molex sales professionals and others – with the objective of maintaining and building the business. /liliWorking together with our customers to understand their needs, challenges, and growth opportunities, and working with them to develop and deliver a customized growth strategy.brbr/li /ulstrongWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)br/strongulliExperience working in the electronics industry. /liliExcellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. /liliFluent communication skills in English. /liliPassionate about using modern communication technology to develop and perform presentations and demos virtually and thinking in a creative, non-linear fashion /liliStrong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team and engage potential customers. /liliOpen-minded towards digital sales tactics to grow business (i.e. digital marketing and social media). /liliAbility to prioritize and operate independently and effectively. /liliExperience in a sales related function (sales, account management, inside sales).brbr/li /ulstrongWhat Will Put You Aheadbr/strongulliOther European languages skills. /liliElectronic application and connector knowledge. /liliExperience working with SAP and Salesforce.brbr/li /ulemAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
