Please do not contact the recruiter directly. /ppbRole Purpose /b /ppAs a member of RS Corporate Account team, the Corporate Account Manager assumes responsibility for corporate accounts in the assigned portfolio, ensuring consistent deployment across sites through collaboration with local stakeholders, via a top-down and bottom-up approach. /ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliManage a portfolio of national corporate customers with a solutions-growth mindset. /liliDevelop sales strategies for each customer to optimize sales and profitability. /liliCoordinate actions with internal sales, field sales, and support functions. /liliForecast and manage budgets including sales, margin, and ROI. /liliConduct market analysis, monitor competition and industry trends. /liliProject manage and facilitate contract deployment across markets and sites. /liliCoordinate support from supply chain, logistics, digital, finance, technical, and marketing teams. /liliEnsure compliance programs are consistent across all sites. /liliIdentify service development opportunities to expand customer penetration. /liliServe as the single point of contact for national opportunities in the assigned industry/area. /liliNegotiate contracts, including commercial and legal terms. /liliUpdate customer organization charts to identify decision makers for contract development. /liliAssess customer potential and identify opportunities for share of wallet expansion. /liliImplement EMEA contracts per central strategy. /liliProspect and acquire new opportunities. /liliImplement value-added solutions with technical support. /liliMonitor opportunities and manage customer data on CRM. /liliBroaden account networks and validate customer spend potential. /liliDiscover procurement, inventory management, and maintenance challenges. /liliDevelop specific account plans with clear goals for growth. /liliCollaborate with marketing to accelerate customer growth. /liliMonitor and identify new tenders within existing customers. /li /ulpbHow I Make a Difference In This Role /b /ppAs a Corporate Account Manager, you will impact the business by managing key accounts, driving growth through tailored strategies, and coordinating with internal teams. Your expertise in market analysis, contract deployment, compliance, and service development will expand customer penetration. Proactively prospect new opportunities, implement value-added solutions, and grow your network to contribute to business expansion. Developing specific account plans and understanding customer challenges are key to increasing share of wallet.
