About the Role We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-win targets and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and explore new business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Handle customer issues effectively. Meet sales targets in bookings and billing. Gather and summarize market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Work regionally or globally in a team to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Experience (Ideal) 2-4 years of sales or account management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Knowledge (Ideal) Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience working with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Strong relationship-building skills with customers and channel partners; capable of identifying new business opportunities. Availability for customer visits and occasional travel within Europe.
