The company, part of a major multinational group based in Germany and specializing in manufacturing and marketing automation components, is located near Milan.
As the company is expanding, we are looking for candidates to:
Develop and consolidate business in the Emilia Romagna territory, achieving sales and margin objectives;Manage and grow the client portfolio through scouting and maintaining relationships;Create technical-commercial offers for new supplies and after-sales support;Collaborate closely with branch managers to implement sales strategies;Provide technical support to clients and work directly with the internal engineering team;Maintain detailed documentation of work results in the company's CRM;Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent;Experience in technical sales, preferably in automation products/solutions;Ability to interface with technicians and understand technical needs;Strong relationship skills, customer orientation, and autonomy;Willingness to travel within Emilia Romagna;Good command of English (spoken and written).Additional information includes:
