Concentrix Italy is recruiting a Sales Specialist to support sales and revenue growth in the general market, with a preference for candidates with experience in BPO and knowledge of the Italian Market. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and strategic sales execution.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Support:
Assist in developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Client Relationship Building:
Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to support strategy adjustments. Client Presentations:
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to clients, customizing solutions to meet their needs. Performance Tracking:
Track and report sales performance, providing insights and recommendations. Team Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective sales strategy execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in sales, preferably within the Energy sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (B2 level).
Desired Experience: Between 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the BPO sector Experience as a Sales Consultant is advantageous.
Working Conditions: Full-time position with a hybrid work setup. Occasional travel may be required for client meetings. Location: Vimercate Competitive Salary + Annual Bonus and Meal Ticket
