Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development :
* Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets (Revenue, ASP, Collections, DSO).
* Expand market share by onboarding dealers, distributors, and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
* Penetrate hospitals, ENT clinics, audiology centers, and government tenders
Stakeholder Management :
* Build strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, and NGOs .
* Conduct product demos, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and training sessions.
* Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics .
* Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.
Operational Efficiency :
* Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and after-sales support.
* Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education :
* Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
* Experience :
* 4–5 years in medical device / equipment / pharma sales ( hearing aids / ENT diagnostics preferred ).
* Proven expertise in handling doctors, hospitals, and dealer networks in the respective region.
* Technical Skills :
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), CRM tools, and market analytics.
* Soft Skills :
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
Travel : Field visits across the assigned region
