The company's innovative products enable non-invasive and continuous monitoring of ventilation and oxygen supply and are used in the fields of neonatology, pneumology and sleep therapy.Due to the unique selling points of these innovative technologies, the company has now been able to establish a significant position in this niche area and is looking for Area Sales Manager Bavaria (f/m/d) – neonatology, pneumology, sleep therapy. The products and solutions are used in healthcare worldwide, and the company is growing steadily with planned products in the pipeline.Key responsibilities: Further development of the Bavarian sales region with regard to the acquisition of new customers in various specialist areas such as neonatology, sleep laboratories, pneumology as well as anaesthesia and intensive care medicine.Support for existing customers in the clinical use of monitors through technical support, professional training and device instructions on site.Analysis of market potential and creation of area development plans for the strategic development of the sales area.Identifying, building and developing customer and KOL relationships.To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following job profile: Completed training in a medical environment, e.g. as an intensive care nurse/specialist nurse, respiratory therapist, pediatric nurse or a degree in a suitable field.Several years of experience in the sale of medical technology to hospitals.Strong communication and presentation skills.Resident in the sales area with willingness to travel.Language skills: Fluent in Business German and English.What we offer:Meaningful work on products that save lives or effectively support patient therapy.Flat hierarchies, truly interdisciplinary working groups.Opportunity to contribute ideas, have an active say and make decisions.
