Responsibilities Your responsibilities include : Management of the Hotel Budget for our Rosa Grand, based in Milan, regarding Marketing activities / initiatives Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team regarding all the activities / initiatives Support the General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions / organizations to which the Hotel is linked Direct management of influencers, press / journalists in the Hotel, coordination of press trips and influencer trips Develop a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents and local press Organization (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnerships Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions Coordination of content development and editorial plan for the Hotels social channels Coordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives / press releases, event invitations) Creation of an in-house calendar of events Enhancement, in collaboration with the Director of Luxury Sales, of Marketing & Communication opportunities with "The Leading Hotels of the World", travel agencies and luxury operators (Luxury Travel Networks) Define the communication plan and calendar of events in collaboration with the partners identified for Food & Beverage management Requisiti Qualifications A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality A Strong knowledge of the local area A Proven experience in the role Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus Excellent writing and communication skills Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels Knowledge of the most popular social media platforms Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers Altre informazioni Languages Italian - fluently English - fluently Additional languages are a plus Benefits Unlock a world of benefits including : Exclusive discounted stays within the group Discounts on local businesses Ticket Restaurants for delightful dining Performer Management Program Performance Bonus Embrace growth with : Exceptional career advancement opportunities An attractive compensation package based on your experience The chance to be a part of an ambitious, caring organization Join us to shape your outstanding _career! _ J-18808-Ljbffr
