For an international company specializing in B2B mobility solutions, we are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager to strengthen the commercial team in Rome.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a portfolio of corporate clients, contributing actively to the company's growth in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of B2B clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
Promote and sell tailored mobility solutions to corporate customers
Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers
Understand clients' needs and propose value-added solutions
Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts
Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned targets
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery
Provide regular reporting to the Head of Sales
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in solution-based selling
Previous experience in one or more of the following sectors is a strong plus: automotive fleet, leasing, transport services, logistics, technical services
Strong commercial mindset with excellent negotiation and communication skills
Results-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Good analytical and organizational skills
Languages
Native Italian
Good command of English
