Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targetsBuild excellent customer relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledgePlan outbound calls to customers to generate new business opportunitiesActive inboundicies sellingProvide accurate and timely quotations to customersGenerate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updatedManage customer backorder expectations and reportingProactively develop relationships with key internal and external contactsEnsure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer informationProvide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotionsEnsure TD SYNNEX maintains service level agreements with customersAttain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound callsSell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the company value propositionDevelop and execute account plans to maintain and grow customer business, sometimes in conjunction with a Field Sales Executive or Business Development Manager
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Numerate with good attention to detailExcellent telephone mannersPriority management and planning skillsStrive to achieve set targetsUnderstand sales processesEffective communication skillsGood relationship buildingWorking knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and OutlookPrevious experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry and CRM preferredKnowledge of product set desirable but not essentialIT industry knowledge desirable but not essential
