Chef de Partie (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the executive chef and sous chef
Independently managing an assigned position
Responsible for preparing and plating dishes
Planning and organising the work in the respective areas
Compliance with HACCP standards in all areas of the kitchen
Helping to design an exciting new à la carte concept and implementing ideas
Professional inspection of delivered goods and efficient processing
Your Profile
Several years of professional experience in all areas of the kitchen and in upscale à la carte cuisine
Completed training as a chef
Enjoyment of challenging and encouraging individuals
Your own ideas and the creativity, that continuously drives the team forward
Good knowledge of HACCP and other hygiene standards
Teamwork and flexibility in working for the entire xrdztoy culinary area of the hotel
Very good knowledge of German and Italian, English is an advantage
