We are keen to keep growing and expanding our business in other European countries. /p h3Role /h3 pWe’re looking for an Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you’ll manage a dedicated portfolio of mid‑to‑large‑corporate customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor. You will be responsible for understanding their business needs, strengthening long‑term relationships, and providing strategic support on their event‑related requests in collaboration with our Operations team. Your goal will be to ensure an outstanding client experience, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the overall success of our corporate accounts. /p h3Location /h3 pThis is a hybrid role: the reference office is in Milan, but we would love to see your face around our office corridor as often as possible. /p h3What You’ll Do as an Account Manager /h3 ul liYou will manage customer relationships and work closely with them to implement their spending budget. /li liYou will lead the platform onboarding process (up to 100+ users per company) and the first approach with new customers to build long‑term relationships. /li liYou will manage and implement the activities included in the customer contract to consolidate the partnership and become their key point for everything concerning the event. /li liYou will be responsible for the expansion of the accounts you manage to improve their spending year over year. /li liYou will be in charge of each client’s wallet reporting and forecasting to monitor its trend and predict future performance. /li liYou will manage customer contract renewals. /li liYou will gather feedback on our service and platform to continue their improvement. /li liYou will collaborate with our Clients Key Operations accounts on every event delivery aspect, expansion strategies and customer caring. /li liYou will work closely with a Senior Account Manager, progressively taking ownership of your own client portfolio while supporting them in the management and development of additional key accounts. /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liAt least 3‑5 years of experience as Account/Event Manager, Account Manager in the Event Tech industry or with companies in the Travel/Travel‑Tech space. /li liMixed background across Event Agencies and Tech‑driven companies is considered a strong plus. /li liExperience in managing Key Accounts at commercial level, keeping customer relationship and being the reference point for client support. /li liNice to have: prior experience interfacing with Enterprise‑level clients. /li liTalent for taking care of your clients. /li liGreat knowledge of how an event works in terms of complexity, supplier needs and budget setting, to act as a consultant for the clients. /li liPassionate about digital innovation solutions and eager to use them to boost the event world. /li liProfound application experience on digital solution making, and always seeking to learn more about what’s new on innovation. /li liItalian mother tongue and fluent in English (B2+). /li /ul h3What you get /h3 h3Office Team Life /h3 ul liA casual and relaxed office environment to let you feel comfortable. /li liPeriodic events outside the office to enjoy and get to know the team members. /li liAn inclusive environment with a real focus on parity (almost 60% of our team members are women). /li liWeekly seasonal fruit in the office and everyday coffee and tea in the kitchen. /li liDevices: flexibility on choosing what you need! /li /ul h3Kampaay’s benefits /h3 ul liA competitive salary package. /li liCareer tracks that can match all expectations: we believe in our Kampaayers and want them to progress on their journey at Kampaay. /li liIntegrated Health Assistance: Program to cover expenses regarding healthcare needs. /li liAccess to several benefits such as Ticket Restaurant, WellHub account, UnoBravo sessions, FunnyFin support and CorporateBenefit platform. /li /ul pAt Kampaay we truly live by our values: communication, transparency, teamwork, trust and sense of belonging, problem‑solving, proactivity, empathy, hard work, and a constant drive to challenge ourselves and grow.
