We are seeking a Business Developer - Sales Specialist to join our team and enhance our sales efforts, primarily in Northern Italy.
Responsibilities include:
1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities independently.
2. Managing commercial negotiations with prospects, including proposal development and contract closing.
3. Providing a consultative approach to manage existing clients and expand relationships.
4. Engaging with decision-makers within client companies.
5. Growing and maintaining the existing client portfolio to increase solutions and strengthen relationships.
6. Achieving margin and revenue targets through ERP solution sales.
Minimum requirements:
* Background in Digital, ICT, CRM, or ERP sectors.
* Experience in selling complex projects with a solution-selling approach.
* Good command of English and possibly a second European language.
Additional qualities include excellent communication and negotiation skills, goal-oriented attitude, dynamism, problem-solving capabilities, willingness to travel, and independence.
Location: Bologna, with hybrid work options.
