We are seeking a visionary Online Retail Director to lead the global e-commerce business for a prestigious luxury brand. This role is responsible for driving online sales growth and ensuring a seamless, high-end digital retail experience that aligns with a luxury positioning. You will own the global P&L and bridge the gap between digital innovation and traditional luxury excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Define and execute the global e-commerce roadmap and manage the full P&L to drive sustainable revenue growth; Omnichannel Excellence: Position the online boutique as a flagship channel, ensuring seamless integration between online and offline client touchpoints (Drive-to-Store); Client Journey: Champion a best-in-class luxury digital experience, leveraging data-driven personalization and advanced analytics to optimize the customer journey; Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a global e-commerce team, fostering a culture of agility, innovation, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Ideal ProfileExperience: 10+ years in luxury or premium e-commerce, with at least 5 years in a leadership role; Track Record: Proven success managing large-scale, multi-market, and multi-category online businesses; Mindset: A "digital-first" approach combined with deep sensitivity toward luxury brand DNA; Skills: Strong analytical acumen (P&L management) and the ability to influence within a global matrix organization.; Languages: Fluency in English is required, Italian or French is a significant plus.
