Ph3Key Account Manager – German Market /h3 pFor an Italian industrial company with a strong international presence and a reputation for innovation, quality, and customized solutions we are looking for the Key Account Manager for the German market, to develop and manage relationships with OEM clients and drive growth in the region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and manage long-term relationships with key OEM clients in the HVAC sector across Germany. /li liIdentify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and contribute to business development strategies. /li liAct as the main point of contact between the company and its German clients, ensuring client satisfaction and high service levels. /li liNegotiate contracts, terms, and pricing in alignment with company policies. /li liMonitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to propose tailored solutions. /li liCoordinate internally with technical, logistics, and product development teams to meet client requirements. /li liRepresent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and client meetings in Germany. /li liProvide regular reporting on account performance, forecasts, and strategic actions. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in sales or account management, ideally in same sector or related industries. /li liStrong knowledge of the OEM business model and customer lifecycle. /li liFluent in German (mandatory) and English ; Italian is a plus. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. /li liStrong analytical mindset and goal-oriented approach. /li liWillingness to travel across Germany and occasionally to North of Italy (HQ). /li /ul pbLocation: /b Germany or Italy /p pbRif.
