Through partnerships with global leaders, we provide veterinarians with the most innovative imaging and laboratory analysis technologies.
We are currently looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager - Southern Italy. This role requires an entrepreneurial spirit, a high level of responsibility, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
The main responsibilities include:
* Providing continuous feedback to improve team effectiveness and professional development, managing performance cycles and addressing related issues.
* Collaborating strategically with European Corporate Account Directors and the Regional General Manager to align with corporate group objectives and agreements.
* Working with the Sales team, national managers, and field support teams to plan and facilitate installations.
* Understanding and becoming an expert on the Corporate Account agreement, internal processes, pricing, and guidelines.
* Identifying clinical opportunities and potential new corporate account targets with the launch of new products.
* Planning on-site demonstrations for Sales Managers for new placements or updates.
* Coordinating with Sales leaders on group strategies, business reviews, and new product opportunities.
* Assisting with contractual modifications, assignment agreements, communication, and collection of signatures.
Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Medicine, or equivalent education and experience.
* Experience in the veterinary sector is essential.
* Extensive sales experience.
* Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good command of English.
