* Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients and confidently engage with C-level executives.
* Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contract terms and commercial proposals to maximize value for both parties.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and meet client needs.
Qualifications
* 8+ years of managing major accounts within the IT industry, driving revenue growth.
* Proven success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
* Background working with the biggest telco operators in Italy - A big advantage.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with C-level executives.
* Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success.
