Ph3Job Title /h3 pAccount Manager Ultrasound North-West Italy /p h3Job Description /h3 pAre you bpassionate about Ultrasound /b and experienced in bhealthcare sales /b, with the drive to help improve patient care through innovative solutions? bClick apply /band join our team in Milan as an bAccount Manager Ultrasound /b. /p pIn this role you will be responsible for bdriving sales growth and expanding the Ultrasound business across /b the NorthWest area of Italy. /p pYou will promote the full bportfolio of Ultrasound solutions /b, identify and develop new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and achieve revenue and market share targets in alignment with the national commercial strategy. The role also includes building blong-term partnerships /b with customers and delivering a strong value-based sales approach. /p h3Your role: /h3 ul lipbManage and develop Ultrasound business /b across North-West area of Italy, driving sales growth and market penetration within assigned territory. /p /li lipbBuild strong relationships /b with healthcare professionals, hospitals, private clinics, and strategic customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships. /p /li lipbPromote and sell the Ultrasound portfolio /b by identifying customer needs and proposing tailored solutions aligned with clinical and operational requirements. /p /li lipWork in close synergy with broader bUltrasound team /b to execute the commercial strategy and achieve business objectives. /p /li lipbIdentify and develop new business /b opportunities while managing existing accounts to maximize growth and profitability. /p /li lipCollaborate with cross‑functional teams including Clinical Application Specialists, Marketing, Service, and Business Support functions to ensure excellent customer experience and execution. /p /li lipProvide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights through regular reporting and CRM management. /p /li lipMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic decision‑making and business development initiatives. /p /li lipSupport product demonstrations, negotiations, and commercial discussions throughout the sales process. /p /li /ul h3You're the right fit if you have: /h3 ul liA Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience in Ultrasound. /li li5+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development within the Healthcare sector, with strong preference for direct experience in bUltrasound solutions sales /b. /li liProven track record in Ultrasound sales, with the ability to drive business growth, manage complex sales cycles, and achieve commercial targets. /li liA bstrong commercial mindset /b with a proven ability to build customer relationships and consistently achieve sales targets. /li liStrong communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. /li liA proactive, team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment. /li liFluency in Italian and English. /li liValid driving licence and availability to travel frequently within the assigned territory. /li /ul h3How we work together /h3 pWe believe that we are better together than apart. /p pbField roles /b are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. bThis is a field‑based role /b, requiring travel and regular in‑person visits at customer sites across the assigned territory. Office presence will be expected as needed to organize the agenda, plan commercial activities, and coordinate business priorities. /p pFor office‑based teams, this means working in‑person at least 3 days per week. On‑site roles require full‑time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
