We are currently seeking a /ppbSenior Business Development Manager M / F /b /ppDirectly reporting to the Deputy Sales Director, you are identified as a sales hunter. /ppbKey responsibilities /b /pulliIdentify, capture, and manage new accounts in the European market. /liliProvide greater product recommendations to customers thanks to your Product and Services knowledge. /liliDevelop and define, in coordination with the Global Sales Director, a sales strategy and the annual sales plan for your region. /liliManage distributors and motivate them to visit customers. /liliExecute the existing sales growth plan. /liliActively contribute to the identification of market trends, surveillance of competition, detection of sales and development opportunities, store-checks, etc., to achieve an unbeatable positioning of our products in the market. /liliSupport the Sales and Marketing teams at exhibitions and events. /liliMonitor sales figures, forecasts, potential sales projects, and competitors. /liliFollow up on existing business and prospecting to generate new business and reach sales objectives. /liliFocus on customer-centric presentations during visits. /liliCoordinate with the Global Account Manager during visits to Global Accounts in the area. /li /ulpbAbout you /b /ppYou hold a Master’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Nutrition, or Biology, with at least 5 years of professional experience in a B2B environment, working with manufacturers, distributors, and CMOs. Experience in the nutraceutical industry and botanical ingredients is a plus, as is a background in international commercial development. /ppYou are a proactive hunter, eager to travel regularly. You have a proven track record managing long sales cycles for scientifically validated products with therapeutic benefits. /ppYou are autonomous, analytical, and flexible, with a pragmatic mindset.
